Google is the admin and tech owner on the domain, so regardless of how they&#039;ve set up the foundation, OpenSocial is still a Google entity and its influence can&#039;t be underestimated.

I have no axe to grind with Google and use many of their services.  In fact I feel there&#039;s no problem using Google for business services at all.

However, maybe for more transparency maybe the foundation itself should own the domain and Google should have a board made up completely of non-Google folks.

It&#039;s a great concept, I just think it could be set up better.</description>
